Why do you only ship out orders once a month?

At this time we do not carrying any inventory. All merchandise is made to print. Once all orders are processed and completed, we will ship them out.

 

Where is my order?

We will keep you updated on your order via email (If you haven’t received any emails, please check your junk folder). When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

What delivery options do you offer?

Please look at our shipping policy for all info on shipping.

 

Can I expedite my shipping?

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL, so please make sure to select your correct size. All merchandise sold are speciality items. Once sold out they will not be sold again.

 

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled.
